Flat Wood Grain Aluminum Honeycomb Panel

Aluminum honeycomb panel is a high-performance composite material made of two layers of 3003 or 5005 aluminum alloy sheets bonded to a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core through advanced hot-press technology. Inspired by natural honeycomb mechanics, it achieves an excellent balance between lightweight and high strength, making it ideal for modern architectural and industrial applications.

It is widely used in curtain walls, ceilings, partitions, columns, elevators, clean rooms, hospitals, and laboratories. With its superior flatness, excellent fire resistance (A/B1 grade), sound and thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, and durability, aluminum honeycomb panels outperform traditional materials. The panels feature eco-friendly composition, 100% recyclability, and long-lasting surface coatings such as PVDF, powder coating, or wood/stone texture finishes.

Production involves surface pretreatment, PVDF or roller coating, precise honeycomb core forming, hot-press lamination, and CNC processing (cutting, bending, perforating, forming). They can be customized into flat panels, curved panels, 3D designs, perforated or patterned panels with a wide choice of finishes, providing architects with limitless design flexibility.
